Depending on the collaboration, this can include a live workshop where Chef Harry demonstrate how to work with the ingredients to extract the best of both taste and nutritional value, followed by a guided tasting of the final creations. Guests don’t just taste the end result, they understand the ingredient, the producer, and the intention behind it.
